VOICES FOR PRINCESS- JOIN THE MOVEMENT!

Thank you, Ivory Smith and WCESPA. I am deeply honored to stand with you and fully committed to ensuring that Education Support Professionals have a bold, unwavering champion in the NEA President’s office.

ESPs are the heartbeat of our schools and of this organization. This is personal for me. I was raised by Education Support Professionals — my parents, Ernest and Hazel Moss, were school bus drivers. I have seen firsthand the dedication, care, and commitment ESPs bring to our students and communities every single day.
I will never forget the irreplaceable role ESPs play — and I will always fight to make sure their voices are heard and their value recognized.
